| The Duties of the Chapter Director: |

- Conduct the NAYS programs in accordance with the Procedural Guidelines Manual (manual provided by NAYS Headquarters). Submission of the membership fees is not optional.
- Obtain clinician training materials from NAYS Headquarters to recruit, train and supervise additional clinicians to support the chapter as needed.
- Organize an impartial Review Committee and follow the procedures to respond to complaints alleging a NAYS member’s violation of the Code of Ethics Pledge (Coach, Parent, Official, or Volunteer Administrator).
- Recognize all the training videos and clinic materials remain the property of NAYS.
- Protect all NAYS property issued to the chapter and not permit anyone who is not a NAYS clinician to use the videos and/or clinic materials at anytime for the purpose of instruction or duplication.
- Not use the training or materials received from NAYS for the development of our own volunteer training/educational program.
- Return all training videos, clinic materials and paperwork upon request by NAYS Headquarters for failure to comply to the programs’ policies and procedures.
- Notify NAYS Headquarters of a new chapter director upon the existing chapter director’s resignation, transfer, etc. or return to NAYS Headquarters all videos, journals, and clinic paperwork remaining in the chapter’s inventory if a new chapter director is not in place prior to the change.
