Here’s the honest truth: no one can care more about your career than you do. If you want to stay on top of the latest developments in youth sports administration and cultivate your professional development, then you must attend the NAYS Youth Sports Congress – it’s the only conference completely dedicated to meeting the needs of youth sports administrators.

For those who have already earned the Certified Youth Sports Administrator (CYSA) credential – this is your conference! It’s an opportunity to earn the required CEUs to extend your CYSA for another 2-year cycle – but more importantly it’s an opportunity to network, share and learn from others from across the country who have similar roles in their communities. The Youth Sports Congress has proven to be a fantastic opportunity for attendees to expand their network and make valuable connections they can continue to reach out to for tips and insight after the event ends.

And if you are not a CYSA yet, you can join us in New Orleans to attend the Academy for Youth Sports Administrators so that you too can be a part of this special group of professionals that have set themselves apart by earning the CYSA credential. You will also gain access to all Youth Sports Congress events.

Here are five specific reasons you should attend the Youth Sports Congress:

  1. Professional conferences promote professionalism.  The Youth Sports Congress and the Academy for Youth Sports Administrators take place in conjunction with the Athletic Business Conference & Expo so you get to experience all of the facets of our profession’s most comprehensive gathering!
  2. Validate your dedication and career choice. Whether you work in youth sports administration by design or accident, youth sports administration is a very important piece of community recreation programs!
  3. Represent yourself and your community. You and your organization will be recognized for participating – it’s something you can add to your resume and you might even win an award.
  4. Walk it like you talk it! You will have the ability to earn/maintain your CYSA and you will learn new ideas, practical solutions and maybe even make some new friends!
  5. You should invest in yourself! This experience will provide both tangible and intangible outcomes for every attendee.

From now until Sept. 25, 2015 we are offering an all-expense paid trip to attend the Youth Sports Congress for free. Enter the giveaway today – but don’t wait until the giveaway is over to register for the Youth Sports Congress! Register now to lock in early-bird pricing.
