Note: All registration fees are in US dollars. Early-bird discounts will be available this summer.

Conference fees include educational seminars, welcome receptions, keynote sessions, conference CD, and entry to exhibit hall. You may also attend any educational sessions offered by Athletic Business, Medical Fitness Association, or the International Council of Active Aging. Registration fees do include CEU cards.

You'll receive email confirmation of registration within a week of NAYS receipt of your conference registration. Please contact 800-688-KIDS if you do not hear from us within a week of your registration.

Cancellation policy: If you need to cancel your registration, please submit your request in writing to yscongress@nays.org. You can transfer the registration to another delegate or request a refund. A $25 administrative fee will be deducted from transfers or refunds. For cancellations received on or after November 9, 2012, a $100 cancellation fee will apply. 

Special assistance: If you will require special assistance during the conference, please call NAYS at 800-688-KIDS at least two weeks prior to the conference.

The convention center provides services ramps to entrances and elevated areas, an array of passenger elevators, restromm facilities for the disabled, brailed instructions/directions at strategic locations throughout the building and a full complement of pay phones located at each level of the facility with (TDD) hearing-impaired functions. Wheelchairs also are available upon request.

The Ernest N. Morial Convention Center is ADA compliant.

Dress code: Conference dress is casual. We recommend you wear comfortable walking shoes. Meeting rooms are often chilly. Please bring a sweater or light jacket.

Photo release: NAYS occasionally uses photographs and videos of attendees in promotional and education materials. By virtue of your attendance, you automatically agree to usage of your likeness in such materials.
