Coaching Youth Inline Hockey Training

The NYSCA Coaching Youth Inline Hockey section is one of the most comprehensive resources for volunteer coaches involved in youth inline hockey programs.

During the sport-specific portion of the NYSCA training program inline hockey coaches view the Coaching Youth Inline Hockey training video, which focuses on how to go about teaching many of the key fundamentals of the game to youngsters. The video is designed to help you, regardless if you are new to the sport or have coached for many years, enhance both your knowledge and teaching skills so you are better prepared to help guide every player on your team to a safe, fun and rewarding experience.

INLINE HOCKEY EXAM

At the conclusion of the Coaching Youth Inline Hockey video there is a 10-question exam featuring both True and False and multiple choice questions. Each question must be answered correctly to complete the training and obtain your membership. The questions are explained in full detail within the video and text provided and after submitting your answers you'll have an opportunity to redo any incorrect responses.

MANUAL

Unlike other coaching courses where you are required to write your own notes and draw your own diagrams, NYSCA has done all the work for you! The manual that accompanies our online clinic is a valuable resource for coaches at any level.

The manual is printable in PDF format for enhanced graphics.
