Youth Sports Congress session: Relationships are EVERYTHING!

10/6/2020

Creating and cultivating relationships with staff, volunteers, parents and countless others is one of a youth sports administrator’s many tasks.

And often one of the most challenging, too.

Krista Rizzo, a Certified Transformational Life Coach, author, speaker, video show host, wife and mom of two sports-playing children, will present a session at the upcoming Virtual Youth Sports Congress on Nov. 4-6 to help leaders effectively navigate and excel at this all-important facet of their job.

Her dynamic session – Relationships are EVERYTHING! – will target the five essentials needed to successfully maintain all the relationships individuals have in their lives.

She will also cover how to focus on creating long-lasting relationships, which are crucial for overseeing top-notch youth sports programs in your community, as well as enjoying quality personal time away from the job with loved ones.

Rizzo’s presentation is part of a jam-packed three days of Congress sessions to help keep you ahead of the curve during these challenging times where professional development is more important than ever. Plus, it’s the perfect time to maintain or earn your Certified Youth Sports Administrator (CYSA) credential, which more than 4,000 recreation professionals have done.

Among the sessions on tap are:

Preventing Bullying with Evidence-Based Practices for Athlete Health and Safety
