Every community should have at least one certified and educated youth sports professional who understands the core/foundations of positive youth sports so that regardless of locale, youth sports are guided by a similar, positive philosophy. This interactive webinar will outline the importance of positioning youth sports professionals as leaders, the qualifications of a youth sports professional and the roles and responsibilities of those individuals who oversee youth sports in a community. This session will also provide important information regarding positioning when working with local leagues and other recreational partners. The benefits, importance and resources available to become Certified as a Youth Sports Administrator will also be discussed.
